At Ghor — a brand of Sareem Inc. — your comfort, trust, and satisfaction come first. Ghor means “home,” and we want every experience with us to carry that warmth and sincerity. While we do not have a traditional return policy, we are always here to help if something feels off.

If you face any issue with your order, please reach out. We will carefully review the situation and, if the problem cannot be resolved or if the mistake is on our end, we will gladly offer a store credit or refund (excluding shipping costs). Your happiness matters deeply to us, and we will do our best to make things right.

Eligibility for Resolution

To help us help you effectively, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Your item should be in the same condition you received it unless the issue is a manufacturing defect or an error on our end.

We may ask for:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Packaging details (if needed)

Store Credit or Refund

If a solution isn’t possible, we may offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • Store Credit – for issues not caused by misuse or wear
  • Refund – if the error is clearly from our side

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Back Items (If Required)

In rare cases where we request the item to be shipped back, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Using a trackable service is recommended, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items otherwise.

Gifts

If your item was received as a gift, we can offer store credit to you once the issue is reviewed and approved. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
